Method
The canvas scale is inverted on the chosen axis, then the bitmap is redrawn. Metadata is not copied into the new file.
FAQ
Will text in the photo reverse?
Yes. If the picture contains lettering, a horizontal flip will mirror it. Crop or keep the original in that case.
Is this the same as rotate?
No. Flip mirrors. Rotate turns. Use rotate when the camera was simply held the wrong way.
